How credits work
A text: 50 credits
Per text of up to 160 characters. The default wording fits one text, and the app shortens a long job line rather than send two.
Reading a quote: 20 credits
When you drop in a PDF, photo or screenshot and it is read for you. Typing a quote in costs nothing.
An email: free
Chase by email only and a Starter plan stretches to hundreds of quotes a month.
A typical quote, read once and chased with two texts and three emails, uses about 120 credits. Monthly credits reset each month. Bought credits last twelve months and are spent second. At zero with no top-up, chasing carries on by email and you are told; nothing stops silently.
Questions about paying
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly, cancel in Settings, and the quotes you have added stay readable.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, for every charge, emailed as a PDF at the moment of payment and listed in Settings to download. Add your VAT number and purchase order if you need them on it.
What if I run out mid-month?
Top up 5,000 credits for £15 with one tap, or set auto top-up with a monthly ceiling you choose.
Is VAT included?
Prices are shown without VAT. VAT is added at checkout where it applies.
