Terms of service

What you get

A service that sends follow-ups about your quotes, in your name, to customers you have quoted. We provide the app, the sending and the figures. You provide the quotes and the customers, and you are responsible for what is sent in your name.

What you promise

• You will only add customers who have asked you for a quote.
• Your messages will not mislead, and your sender name will be your business's real name.
• You will honour stops. We do this for you automatically; do not try to work round it.
• You will only show logos, accreditations and reviews you are entitled to use, and reviews will be real and unedited.
• You will keep your sign-in to yourself and remove people who leave.

Paying

14 days free, no card. Then a monthly plan, charged in advance, cancel at any time in Settings. Credits reset monthly; bought credits last twelve months. Prices exclude VAT. We give 30 days' notice of a price change by email.

What we do not promise

That any customer will answer. That a text or email will arrive, where the number or address is wrong or the provider fails. We show you failures on the quote. We are not responsible for the content of a quote you drop in, nor for a reading you confirmed.

Fair use

Messages per day and quotes per day are capped per plan to protect everyone's deliverability. Abuse, spam or impersonation ends the account without refund.

Ending

You can close your account in Settings; everything is deleted. We can end an account for breach of these terms, and we will tell you why.

The rest

English law, English courts. Liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous twelve months, except where the law does not allow a limit.
