Your quotes, chased for you.
You send the quote. Chase My Quote follows it up by text and email, in your name, until the customer taps Yes, book me in or Call me. The ones that went quiet come back.
Hi Sam,
Thanks for asking us for a quote. Are you still thinking about the front brake pads and discs? Let us know below and we will take it from there.

Every business that quotes loses jobs to silence.
The customer asked for a price, you sent it, and nothing came back. They were not saying no. They were busy, the email sank, and the firm that rang them on Thursday got the job.
Chasing by hand needs someone to remember, someone to find the number, and someone to make the call while the phone is going. So it does not happen.
Drop the quote in. Leave it.
Drop the quote in
The PDF, a photo or a screenshot of the quote you already sent, from any system. It reads the customer, the job and the price. Or type the five boxes.
It chases, in your name
A text and an email on day 2, again on day 5, a last email on day 10. Working hours only, never on a bank holiday, and it stops the moment they answer.
You get the answer
The customer taps Yes or Call me on a page in your name. You get an email and a ping on your phone. The quotes that need you sit at the top of the list.
A short text, a clean email, two buttons.
Every message is in your business name, with your logo, your colour, your reviews and your accreditations if you want them. The customer never sees us.
- Texts come from your business name, not a number
- Replies to the email go to your own address
- Stop messages with one tap, honoured for good
- No "no thanks" button: a quiet customer is not pushed to decline
The more you send it, the more it wins back.
Needs you first
Customers who tapped Call me or Yes sit at the top with one button: ring them, or mark it won. Everything being chased sits quietly underneath.
Reads the quote for you
Drop in a PDF or a photo and the customer, job, price and date are filled in. The first few are shown to you to check, then it goes straight in.
Your wording, or ours
Ready-made messages in three styles for each stage, or write your own with the fields that fill themselves in. Set the days, hours and how many messages.
Looked at it
See when a customer has opened their quote page and not answered. Those are the ones to ring first.
Reviews after the job
A few days after you mark a quote won, one message asks for a review with a button to your Google page. Same engine, more stars.
Your week in figures
Every Monday: quotes added, messages sent, customers answered, pounds won after a chase. Real counts, nothing invented.
Around 50 quotes chased for £19 a month.
One credit balance, three plans. A text uses credits, an email uses none, so a plan goes six times further if you chase by email only.
- 6,000 credits a month
- Unlimited quotes by email only
- Every feature, every plan
- 15,000 credits a month
- Unlimited quotes by email only
- Every feature, every plan
- 40,000 credits a month
- Unlimited quotes by email only
- Every feature, every plan
No card to start. The trial comes with 600 credits, about 5 quotes. Top up any time: 5,000 credits for £15, with auto top-up if you want it. A text uses 50 credits, reading a dropped-in quote uses 20, emails use none. Cancel in Settings. Prices exclude VAT.
Any business that sends quotes.
Built by a garage, for every trade that prices work and waits to hear back.
Straight answers.
Will it annoy my customers?
Three messages over two weeks, in working hours, never on a bank holiday, and it stops the moment they answer. Every message carries a one-tap "stop" link. That is less than most garages and trades already do by phone, and politer.
Does it send in my name?
Yes. Emails show your business name and your logo, and replies go to your own address. Texts come from your business name. Customers never see Chase My Quote.
How do quotes get in?
Drop in the PDF, photo or screenshot of the quote you already sent, from any job system or from a notepad. Chase My Quote reads the customer, the job and the price. Or type the five boxes in.
What if the customer says no?
There is no "no" button, on purpose. If they tap nothing, the chase ends after the last message and the quote closes as gone cold. You can mark it lost. If they tap "Call me", you ring them.
Is it legal to text customers?
A follow-up about a quote the customer asked for is a service message to an existing enquiry, not marketing. Every text and email still carries a stop link, which is honoured at once and for good.
Does it work with my job system?
It sits beside whatever you use. There is nothing to connect: you drop the quote in or type it. Links into job systems and Xero are planned.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Add people in Settings; each signs in with their own email. The app shows who rang a customer and when.
What happens when the trial ends?
Chasing pauses until you choose a plan. Your quotes stay where they are. Nothing is sent that you have not paid for.
