Quote follow-up email templates that get a reply

Three templates, one per stage. Copy them, swap in your details, and keep them short. The wording below is what Chase My Quote sends by default, so it has been read by real customers.

First follow-up (day 2)

Subject: Your quote from Smith's GarageHi Sam, Thanks for asking us for a quote. Are you still thinking about the front brake pads and discs on your Golf? Let us know below and we will take it from there. [Yes, book me in] [Call me] Smith's Garage 01953 000000

Second follow-up (day 5)

Subject: Shall we go ahead with your quote?Hi Sam, We sent you a quote a few days ago and wanted to check it reached you. If you would like to go ahead, or would rather we rang you, one tap below tells us. [Yes, book me in] [Call me] Smith's Garage

Last message (day 10)

Subject: Shall we close this quote off?Hi Sam, We have not heard back about the front brake pads and discs on your Golf, so we will close the quote off shortly. If you still want it done, tap below. If not, there is nothing you need to do. [Yes, book me in] [Call me] Smith's Garage

What makes these work

What gets ignored

"Just following up on my previous email." "Circling back." "Did you get a chance to review?" Anything that is about you waiting rather than them deciding. And anything over a hundred words.

Sending them without the typing

Chase My Quote sends these three, in your name with your logo, on the right days, and stops when the customer answers. See the full set of templates or start a free trial.
