Quote follow-up for web designers and agencies
The proposal landed well. Then silence. Chase My Quote follows up every quote by text and email, in your name, until the customer taps Yes or Call me.
Hi Sam,
Thanks for asking us for a quote. Are you still thinking about the website redesign, eight pages? Let us know below and we will take it from there.

Why quotes go quiet for web designers and agencies
- Decisions need two people and the second one never sees the proposal.
- A follow-up email from a person feels like pressure; a reminder from a system does not.
- The pipeline lives in someone's head and the oldest proposals fall out of it.
None of those is a no. A reminder on day 2 and day 5, from your business, in plain words, brings some of them back. The customer who was always going to say yes gets an easy button to say it.
The text we would send for you
130 characters with a real link: one text. More wording for web designers and agencies.
Two things we have learned chasing for web designers and agencies
- Ask for a call rather than a decision. Agencies win on the second conversation.
- Follow up on a Tuesday morning; Monday's inbox is a wall.
What it does for you
Drop in the quote you already sent
PDF, photo or screenshot from whatever you use. The customer, the job, the price and the reference are read for you.
Chases in working hours, in your name
Text and email on day 2, again on day 5, a last email on day 10. Never at the weekend, never on a bank holiday, never after an answer.
The answers come to you
Yes or Call me lands at the top of your list with the number, plus an email and a ping on your phone. Tap "I have called them" so the team knows.

Questions web designers and agencies ask
Will it annoy my customers?
Three messages over two weeks, in working hours, never on a bank holiday, and it stops the moment they answer. Every message carries a one-tap "stop" link. That is less than most garages and trades already do by phone, and politer.
Does it send in my name?
Yes. Emails show your business name and your logo, and replies go to your own address. Texts come from your business name. Customers never see Chase My Quote.
How do quotes get in?
Drop in the PDF, photo or screenshot of the quote you already sent, from any job system or from a notepad. Chase My Quote reads the customer, the job and the price. Or type the five boxes in.
What if the customer says no?
There is no "no" button, on purpose. If they tap nothing, the chase ends after the last message and the quote closes as gone cold. You can mark it lost. If they tap "Call me", you ring them.
Is it legal to text customers?
A follow-up about a quote the customer asked for is a service message to an existing enquiry, not marketing. Every text and email still carries a stop link, which is honoured at once and for good.
Does it work with my job system?
It sits beside whatever you use. There is nothing to connect: you drop the quote in or type it. Links into job systems and Xero are planned.
