Quote follow-up text template for cleaning companies
Three texts, one per stage, written for cleaning companies. Each fits one 160-character text with a real link. Swap in your name, the job and the address.
Day 2
Hi Sam, Spotless Cleaning. Still need the end of tenancy clean at 14 Mill Lane (£240)? Tell us the date: (link)
Day 5
Hi Sam, Spotless Cleaning again. Shall we go ahead with the end of tenancy clean? Book in or ask for a call: (link)
Day 10 (or send this one by email only)
Hi Sam, last message from Spotless Cleaning about the end of tenancy clean. Still want it? (link)
Why this wording
- Who you are in the first five words. A text from an unknown business name is deleted.
- The address is in it, because that is what the customer remembers. Not a quote number.
- The price is in the day-2 text for a job this size; it is on the page the link opens either way.
- One question. A link that answers with a tap.
For cleaning companies in particular
- Ask for the date in the follow-up; movers decide the moment they have one.
- List what is included on the quote page. Cheap competitors do not.
Example quote
End of tenancy clean, two-bed flat, £240. You quoted the end-of-tenancy clean and the move date changed twice.
Chase My Quote sends these in your name on day 2, day 5 and day 10, fills the fields in, shortens a long job line rather than send two texts, and stops when the customer answers. See it for cleaning companies or start free.
