Quote follow-up text template for kitchen and bathroom fitters
Three texts, one per stage, written for kitchen and bathroom fitters. Each fits one 160-character text with a real link. Swap in your name, the job and the job address.
Day 2
Hi Sam, Mill Lane Kitchens. Still planning the kitchen at 14 Mill Lane? Our quote (£9,600) still stands. Shall we talk dates? (link)
Day 5
Hi Sam, Mill Lane Kitchens again. Shall we go ahead with the kitchen fit? Book in or ask for a call: (link)
Day 10 (or send this one by email only)
Hi Sam, last message from Mill Lane Kitchens about the kitchen fit. Still want it? (link)
Why this wording
- Who you are in the first five words. A text from an unknown business name is deleted.
- The job address is in it, because that is what the customer remembers. Not a quote number.
- The price is in the day-2 text, or left for the page on a job this size; it is on the page the link opens either way.
- One question. A link that answers with a tap.
For kitchen and bathroom fitters in particular
- "Our quote still stands" removes the fear that the price has gone up.
- Gentle plan, and ask for a review afterwards: kitchen customers write long ones.
Example quote
Kitchen fit, supply and install, £9,600. The kitchen quote was one of four and the customer went quiet on all four.
Chase My Quote sends these in your name on day 2, day 5 and day 10, fills the fields in, shortens a long job line rather than send two texts, and stops when the customer answers. See it for kitchen and bathroom fitters or start free.
