Quote follow-up text template for landscapers and gardeners
Three texts, one per stage, written for landscapers and gardeners. Each fits one 160-character text with a real link. Swap in your name, the job and the job address.
Day 2
Hi Sam, Green Lane Landscapes. Still thinking about the patio at 14 Mill Lane (£4,200)? Spring dates are going: (link)
Day 5
Hi Sam, Green Lane Landscapes again. Shall we go ahead with the patio? Book in or ask for a call: (link)
Day 10 (or send this one by email only)
Hi Sam, last message from Green Lane Landscapes about the patio. Still want it? (link)
Why this wording
- Who you are in the first five words. A text from an unknown business name is deleted.
- The job address is in it, because that is what the customer remembers. Not a quote number.
- The price is in the day-2 text, or left for the page on a job this size; it is on the page the link opens either way.
- One question. A link that answers with a tap.
For landscapers and gardeners in particular
- Say when your next free slot is; a filling diary is the honest nudge.
- Chase from February, not May.
Example quote
Patio, 30 square metres, with drainage, £4,200. The patio quote went out in March and the customer "wanted to see how the spring went".
Chase My Quote sends these in your name on day 2, day 5 and day 10, fills the fields in, shortens a long job line rather than send two texts, and stops when the customer answers. See it for landscapers and gardeners or start free.
