Quote follow-up text template for plumbers and heating engineers
Three texts, one per stage, written for plumbers and heating engineers. Each fits one 160-character text with a real link. Swap in your name, the job and the job address.
Day 2
Hi Sam, Mill Lane Plumbing. Still thinking about the new combi at 14 Mill Lane (£2,450)? We can book a date: (link)
Day 5
Hi Sam, Mill Lane Plumbing again. Shall we go ahead with the combi boiler replacement? Book in or ask for a call: (link)
Day 10 (or send this one by email only)
Hi Sam, last message from Mill Lane Plumbing about the combi boiler replacement. Still want it? (link)
Why this wording
- Who you are in the first five words. A text from an unknown business name is deleted.
- The job address is in it, because that is what the customer remembers. Not a quote number.
- The price is in the day-2 text for a job this size; it is on the page the link opens either way.
- One question. A link that answers with a tap.
For plumbers and heating engineers in particular
- Chase boiler quotes again when the weather turns; the catch-up plan is for exactly that.
- Say "fitted, with the warranty" so the national firm's headline price does not win on a number.
Example quote
Combi boiler replacement, £2,450. The boiler quote went out in the warm weather and nobody replied until it got cold.
Chase My Quote sends these in your name on day 2, day 5 and day 10, fills the fields in, shortens a long job line rather than send two texts, and stops when the customer answers. See it for plumbers and heating engineers or start free.
