Quote follow-up text template for printers and sign makers
Three texts, one per stage, written for printers and sign makers. Each fits one 160-character text with a real link. Swap in your name, the job and the reference.
Day 2
Hi Sam, Mill Lane Signs. Still want the fascia sign for the shop (£890)? We can fit around your opening date: (link)
Day 5
Hi Sam, Mill Lane Signs again. Shall we go ahead with the shop fascia sign? Book in or ask for a call: (link)
Day 10 (or send this one by email only)
Hi Sam, last message from Mill Lane Signs about the shop fascia sign. Still want it? (link)
Why this wording
- Who you are in the first five words. A text from an unknown business name is deleted.
- The reference is in it, because that is what the customer remembers. Not a quote number.
- The price is in the day-2 text for a job this size; it is on the page the link opens either way.
- One question. A link that answers with a tap.
For printers and sign makers in particular
- Ask for the date the premises will be ready.
- Send a proof with the follow-up if you have one; a picture restarts the decision.
Example quote
Shop fascia sign, 4 metres, £890. The sign quote was fine; the customer was waiting for the shopfit to finish.
Chase My Quote sends these in your name on day 2, day 5 and day 10, fills the fields in, shortens a long job line rather than send two texts, and stops when the customer answers. See it for printers and sign makers or start free.
