Quote follow-up text template for removals companies
Three texts, one per stage, written for removals companies. Each fits one 160-character text with a real link. Swap in your name, the job and the address.
Day 2
Hi Sam, Swift Removals. Still need us for the move from 14 Mill Lane (£980)? Dates are filling: (link)
Day 5
Hi Sam, Swift Removals again. Shall we go ahead with the three-bed house move? Book in or ask for a call: (link)
Day 10 (or send this one by email only)
Hi Sam, last message from Swift Removals about the three-bed house move. Still want it? (link)
Why this wording
- Who you are in the first five words. A text from an unknown business name is deleted.
- The address is in it, because that is what the customer remembers. Not a quote number.
- The price is in the day-2 text for a job this size; it is on the page the link opens either way.
- One question. A link that answers with a tap.
For removals companies in particular
- Ask for the exchange date in the follow-up.
- A pause-until feature matters here: pause until the date is known, then chase.
Example quote
Three-bed house move, 40 miles, £980. The move was eight weeks away, so the customer took three quotes and forgot to pick one.
Chase My Quote sends these in your name on day 2, day 5 and day 10, fills the fields in, shortens a long job line rather than send two texts, and stops when the customer answers. See it for removals companies or start free.
