Quote follow-up text template for roofers
Three texts, one per stage, written for roofers. Each fits one 160-character text with a real link. Swap in your name, the job and the job address.
Day 2
Hi Sam, Hart Roofing. Still want the garage flat roof done at 14 Mill Lane (£1,850)? We can get you booked in before the weather: (link)
Day 5
Hi Sam, Hart Roofing again. Shall we go ahead with the flat roof replacement? Book in or ask for a call: (link)
Day 10 (or send this one by email only)
Hi Sam, last message from Hart Roofing about the flat roof replacement. Still want it? (link)
Why this wording
- Who you are in the first five words. A text from an unknown business name is deleted.
- The job address is in it, because that is what the customer remembers. Not a quote number.
- The price is in the day-2 text for a job this size; it is on the page the link opens either way.
- One question. A link that answers with a tap.
For roofers in particular
- Chase on a dry day with "before the weather turns". It is true and it works.
- A follow-up that arrives is proof you turn up.
Example quote
Flat roof replacement, garage, £1,850. You quoted the flat roof, the rain stopped, and so did the customer.
Chase My Quote sends these in your name on day 2, day 5 and day 10, fills the fields in, shortens a long job line rather than send two texts, and stops when the customer answers. See it for roofers or start free.
