Quote follow-up text template for training providers
Three texts, one per stage, written for training providers. Each fits one 160-character text with a real link. Swap in your name, the job and the reference.
Day 2
Hi Sam, Mill Lane Training. Still need the first aid course for 8 (£1,360)? We have dates in the next six weeks: (link)
Day 5
Hi Sam, Mill Lane Training again. Shall we go ahead with the first aid at work? Book in or ask for a call: (link)
Day 10 (or send this one by email only)
Hi Sam, last message from Mill Lane Training about the first aid at work. Still want it? (link)
Why this wording
- Who you are in the first five words. A text from an unknown business name is deleted.
- The reference is in it, because that is what the customer remembers. Not a quote number.
- The price is in the day-2 text for a job this size; it is on the page the link opens either way.
- One question. A link that answers with a tap.
For training providers in particular
- Offer dates. Training is bought when the calendar opens.
- Chase before the budget year ends.
Example quote
First aid at work, 8 delegates, £1,360. The course quote went to HR and the budget year ended.
Chase My Quote sends these in your name on day 2, day 5 and day 10, fills the fields in, shortens a long job line rather than send two texts, and stops when the customer answers. See it for training providers or start free.
