Quote follow-up text template for tree surgeons
Three texts, one per stage, written for tree surgeons. Each fits one 160-character text with a real link. Swap in your name, the job and the address.
Day 2
Hi Sam, Oakleaf Tree Care. Still want the oak at 14 Mill Lane reduced (£650)? We can book it: (link)
Day 5
Hi Sam, Oakleaf Tree Care again. Shall we go ahead with the oak crown reduction? Book in or ask for a call: (link)
Day 10 (or send this one by email only)
Hi Sam, last message from Oakleaf Tree Care about the oak crown reduction. Still want it? (link)
Why this wording
- Who you are in the first five words. A text from an unknown business name is deleted.
- The address is in it, because that is what the customer remembers. Not a quote number.
- The price is in the day-2 text for a job this size; it is on the page the link opens either way.
- One question. A link that answers with a tap.
For tree surgeons in particular
- Mention insurance and the waste going with you. Those are the fears.
- Chase before autumn; everyone wants the work done after the first storm.
Example quote
Oak crown reduction, 30 per cent, £650. You quoted the oak, the neighbour objected, and it all went quiet.
Chase My Quote sends these in your name on day 2, day 5 and day 10, fills the fields in, shortens a long job line rather than send two texts, and stops when the customer answers. See it for tree surgeons or start free.
