Quote follow-up text template for tyre and exhaust bays
Three texts, one per stage, written for tyre and exhaust bays. Each fits one 160-character text with a real link. Swap in your name, the job and the registration.
Day 2
Hi Sam, Smith's Tyres. Still need the four tyres on your Qashqai (£356 fitted)? Book a slot: (link)
Day 5
Hi Sam, Smith's Tyres again. Shall we go ahead with the four tyres? Book in or ask for a call: (link)
Day 10 (or send this one by email only)
Hi Sam, last message from Smith's Tyres about the four tyres. Still want it? (link)
Why this wording
- Who you are in the first five words. A text from an unknown business name is deleted.
- The registration is in it, because that is what the customer remembers. Not a quote number.
- The price is in the day-2 text for a job this size; it is on the page the link opens either way.
- One question. A link that answers with a tap.
For tyre and exhaust bays in particular
- Chase fast: day 1 and day 3. Tyre customers decide within the week.
- Mention "fitted and balanced" so the price is not compared with a bare internet price.
Example quote
Four tyres, fitted and balanced, £356. You quoted four tyres, they said "I'll come back Saturday", and Saturday came and went.
Chase My Quote sends these in your name on day 2, day 5 and day 10, fills the fields in, shortens a long job line rather than send two texts, and stops when the customer answers. See it for tyre and exhaust bays or start free.
